΢Åĸ£Àû Anglican Grammar’s Sports Program aims to achieve excellence in outcomes that relate to a student’s capacity to achieve their personal best. From the beginner to the elite performer, honour is the foundation for all participation.
Our students participate in regional Border Independent Primary/Secondary School Association (BIPSA/BISSA) competitions in a range of sports. From this level students have the opportunity to nominate for the Riverina Associated Schools (RAS) team.
΢Åĸ£Àû Anglican Grammar also competes in sports as part of the New South Wales Combined Independent Schools (NSWCIS). CIS provides a pathway to state and national level competition in a wide variety of sports for students in the independent sector. The first step in this pathway is competing at the BIPSA and BISSA level.

Year 6 – 8 Sports Program
Each week, students in Years 6-8 participate in a 100-minute session of their chosen elective sport, selected from a variety of sport and recreational options. These sessions are tailored to improve and develop students’ skills in their chosen sport. Designed to accommodate students of all skill levels, the sessions aim to foster growth and personal achievement throughout the term. Additionally, certain activities will serve to train and prepare school teams for participation in community-wide carnivals.
